Merchant Account Set-Up
Stripe is a widely used payment processor that C360 uses in the background to process transactions. You will need some sensitive information about your organization that may require your accounting department or CEO.
At a bare minimum you will need one Stripe account, linked to a bank account, to take payments. If you already have a Stripe account, you can use your current Stripe account.
You can have as many Stripe accounts linked to C360, allowing you to segment transactions into different bank accounts.
Integrating your account is a one-time set up and requires a unique link sent to your primary contact upon database set-up. If you’ve lost it or need it, you can reached out to email@example.com.
Important to note:
We’ll need to verify you are a legitimate contact for your organization prior to releasing the unique Stripe link to you. This my take 2-3 business days.
As of January 2021, C360’s Stripe nonprofit credit card processing rates are:
- American Express…….3.5%
- All other cards (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, etc.)……. 2.5% (+30¢ per individual transaction)
