Every Participant has a long lived, open, internal invoice, that will track every Fee – or line item. These Primary Invoices are linked to the Member, allowing a single list of items that can be paid, at every level and across multiple Schedules.
Most line items will be Fees from levels of the Schedule, Membership dues, etc. However, invoices are designed to handle any type of sale.
Viewing & Making a Payment
From the Constituent Module, search and find a constituent with who has a payment that needs to be made. From the right side bar, find the Balance Due section of the profile. Select Make Payment.
