Constituent SMS Numbers

Every constituent is allowed one, unique telephone number that is allowed to receive SMS messages. Compass uses this number for other purposes than just sending SMS, such as logging into a portal.

You can set the SMS number when creating a constituent or by editing their profile.

New Constituent

Select the SMS option below the phone number. Note that the type does not effect the SMS option.

Select one of the phone numbers to be the SMS number. Note that the type does not effect the SMS option.
