There are three areas of the Parent Portal that you can configure: the email that is sent when a Parent initially registers, the email that is sent when a Parent register a Participant for a program from the Portal, and a message/disclaimer that appears on the Parent Portal.
Likewise, there are two areas of the Volunteer Portal that you can configure: the email that is sent when a Volunteer registers for the first time and a message/disclaimer that appears on the Volunteer Portal.
Important to note:
Message assets must be preconfigured in the Messaging Module.
Navigate the Site Setup Module and select the second tab, Portals.
Scroll down from the Parent Portal configurations to see the Volunteer Portal configurations.
When you’re done, don’t forget to select Save Changes.
