Program Schedules

Schedules are a new feature for organizing programs. This feature allows you to group and maintain programs at a higher level. It also provides flexibility for organizations that do not require the depth of tracking that sister affiliates do. Every level can have a fee, a location, and more.

Levels

Within a Schedule there are various levels that help your organization structure your offerings.

Enrollment

At the highest level there is Enrollment. Enrollment is a layer that allows you to group Sessions or Programs. This layer can have a fee, location, a start and end date and other metadata associated with it. When building your Program Schedule, there can only be one Enrollment level.

Sessions

The next level down is Sessions. The same data can be applied here as an Enrollment level.

Note: Enrollment or Session levels are not required.

Programs

This level is required. Choose from a predefined Program or create a new one to build your Classes or content areas for this Program. You can start with this level, or place it underneath an Enrollment or Session level directly.

Classes

This is the last level which is also required and can only be placed under a Program. Configure your Classes to meet on recurring dates or create a one-time Class.

Examples

Below are some examples of how you could configure your Program Structures.
