As we have now finished onboarding and trainings, our team is focused on;
- Continuing to fix bugs
- Addressing any in-scope, outstanding feature requests
- Continue to provide support for affiliates
- Adding and updating core questions and dashboards to C360 BI
- Making every Girls Inc. Affiliate team successful in using the Participant Management app
We will be transitioning Affiliate technical support to our email-based Help Desk over the next month. Be on the lookout for an introduction to our Help Team and what to expect when communicating with our Help Desk. Don’t worry, we’re still here to help you and answer any questions your team may have.
