We hope things are going well for you all. We appreciate the continued efforts in collaboration to make the Girls Inc. Participant Management tool better every day! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any suggestions or questions on functionality or best practices.

Remember, your first point of contact is tracking@girlsinc.org. From there, any issues will be added to our traditional help desk ticketing system, which will be prioritized and added to our queue of work. With this we’ll be able to monitor and track your requests and get them addressed in a better fashion.

Features

• #18609 – Added the ability to record a discount as a payment method. Useful for recording scholarship payments
• #18731 – Updated the attendance sidebar section to display more information about a participants attendance, including center attendance
• #18943 – Added a check to prevent deleting a schedule or level within a schedule that has attendance associated to it
• #18978 – Added country select to the registration form to facilitate Canadian address needs
• #18952 – Added the ability to receive an access pin to the parent portal via email
• #18895 – Added the ability to batch check-out girls from the constituent multi-select sidebar

Fixes

• #18958, #18986, #18924 – Fixed an issue with date inputs (DOB, membership expirations, etc.) that reflected the date one day ahead in EST and MST timezones. We also adjusted existing DOB’s for every imported participant
• #18991 – Fixed a display issue on the parent portal that reflected the incorrect date for program registration
• #18992 – Fixed an issue with removing a constituent and a conflicting error dialog
• #18940 – Re-imported program sessions to fix an incorrect date issue where the date was reflected one day behind
• #18982 – Adjusted proper language for demographics
• #18971 – Fixed a display issue with the amount of levels within a schedule tree that effected the display when there was 50+ siblings within any given level
• #18970 – Fixed an issue with the ability to drag and drop programs into a schedule
• #18963 – Fixed an issue when completing a registration form that prevented the ability to continue
• #18910 – Fixed an issue with renewing memberships that had to due with automatic incrementing of the expiration date based on the level duration
• #18894 – Fixed the ability to delete the last contact on a participant registration form
