Updates: 02/03/22

Hello Affiliates!

We hope your New Year kicked off to a wonderful start and you’re plugging along into a fabulous 2022. Quite a few updates have gone in, heres a list of what has been added, fixed and is planed for the next month.

Ongoing Support

As mentioned in the last update, we are transitioning the ongoing support for affiliates to our help desk. Your first point of contact will now be tracking@girlsinc.org. From there, any issues will be added to our traditional help desk ticketing system, which will be prioritized and added to our queue of work. With this we’ll be able to monitor and track your requests and get them addressed in a better fashion.

Any outstanding questions will either be addressed or forwarded to tracking@girlsinc.org.



  • #18652 – Added the ability to view entire enrollment history from the participant sidebar
  • #18736 – Added the ability to enter participants quickly – useful for Outreach batch entry
  • #18733 – Added the ability to modify and delete attendance records for individual girls from the Programs Module
  • #18904 – Replaced the school selection on the participant registration form with a autocomplete list of existing schools in your database
  • #18890 – Adjusted the min and max income ranges in demographics to be a range selector, for better reporting
  • #18662 – Added a checkbox to the payment dialog to prevent sending a confirmation email to the purchaser


  • #18938 – Fixed the primary roster search that prevented drop down fields from showing possible values – such as the membership level selector
  • #18862 – Fixed an issue with phone number SMS checkbox not being saved due to invalid phone numbers
  • #18911 – Fixed an issue with Gender not always saving
  • #18888 – Fixed an issue with imported income ranges on parent constituents
  • #18921 – Fixed an issue with Family Configuration not always saving
  • #18902 – Adjusted user session management to prevent users being kicked out and sent to the login screen
  • #18910 – Fixed a display issue with renewing memberships where the date would show invalid
  • #18897 – Fixed a display issue with the check-in / out button not displaying on mobile devices

  • #18685 An issue with deleting tags and displaying the incorrect tag name

  • #18694 Disabling credit card payment option if no credit card processor is available

  • #18747 Ability to display a relationships contact information from their sidebar section
  • #18892 Ability to maintain the same phone number for text messages
  • #18895 Ability to batch checkout participants
  • #18941 Issue with scanning girls in using USB scanner
